TRANSFERS

  • SCREEN PRINT

    Press at 325-330, 15-20 Seconds,

    Heavy pressure

    HOT PEEL

  • DTF HOT PEEL

    Press at 315-325, 10-20 Seconds,

    Medium pressure

    HOT PEEL

    PRO TIP - Cover and Press 1 more time at 15 seconds to press transfer into fibers of fabric

  • DTF COLD PEEL

    Press at 315-325, 10-20 Seconds,

    Medium pressure

    COLD PEEL

    PRO TIP - Cover and Press 1 more time at 15 seconds to press transfer into fibers of fabric

PATCHES

  • HAT PATCHES

    Press at 320-330

    Pre-press garment 7-10 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles

    Cover with Silicon, Teflon or parchment

    Press Time: 15-20 seconds *adjust and repeat as needed for thicker patches or multiple patches.

    Pressure: Medium

    For use with Hat Press

  • Embroidered Patches, Chenille Patches & Sequin Patches

    Press at 340-375

    Pre-press garment 7-10 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles

    Cover with Silicon, Teflon or parchment

    Press Time: 15-20 seconds

    Pressure: Heavy

    Turn garment inside out and press another 15 seconds

    For use with Commercial Heat press

  • 3D Embroidered Patches

    Press at 320-330

    These Are thicker and can take a few 20 Second pressings.

    Cover with Silicon, Teflon or parchment

    Press Time: 15-25 seconds *adjust and repeat as needed for thicker patches or multiple patches.

    Pressure: Medium

    *Recommended to use hat press with heat on both Platens

  • WOVEN PATCHES

    Press at 315-320

    Pre-press garment 7-10 seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles

    Cover with Silicon, Teflon or parchment

    Press Time: 15-20 seconds

    Pressure: Medium

    For use with adjustable pressure heat press

    *First time, test on scrap fabric to confirm your settings are correct.

SPANGLE & PUFF

  • SPANGLE Transfers

    Peel white backing sheet off transfer

    and place on garment or Hat

    Pre- press garment 5-7 seconds

    Press at 300-325

    Pressure: Heavy

    Let cool, COLD PEEL

    The transfer sheet is very sticky and occasionally spangles may become misplaced. Use tweezers to replace spangles before pressing

    ***TIP - Before peeling, rub spangles

    firmly onto garment, with a cloth to ensure proper

    adhesion

  • PUFF Transfers

    Puff Print Screen prints

    Press at 305-310, 10 -15 Seconds,

    Medium pressure

    HOT PEEL

Machine wash cold

hang to dry

Do NOT use fabric softener, bleach or other harsh chemicals
