Temp:  320 - 375. Pre-press garment 7-10  seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
Press Time:  15-20 seconds  
Pressure: Heavy 
Turn garment inside out and press another 15 seconds 

Wait until COLD to peel sticky Transfer sheet
