Product Info

TEELUX offers high quality embroidered hat patches, chenille patches and screen print transfers & Custom Magnets. Patches have iron on adhesive as the backing. for hats we recommend these are pressed with a hat press. For apparel an adjustable pressure heat press is reccomended

Screen print transfers must be pressed with a commercial heat press with adjustable pressure.

We fulfill and ship out orders next business day via USPS.

Transit time is typically 4-7 business days determined by USPS. you can also choose USPS Priority shipping, transit time is 2-3 days or UPS overnight shipping.

We reserve the right to deny returns based on the nature of our product.  Items must be unused. Return shipping is to be paid by the buyer with a 25% restocking fee.

Highly Disappointed

As I placed my order on June 1st and just received it today, I was not very happy. It was lost by the postal service though. The company was very helpful in refunding me a portion of my money and the shipping cost. The did have a super quick customer service response time. am very pleased with the patches I received today.

We’re so sorry again for the delay in your order’s delivery. While the package was unfortunately delayed in transit by USPS—something outside of our control—we did our best to make it right by offering a full refund if the order was lost, or a 50% refund and shipping reimbursement if you chose to keep it. We’re truly disappointed to see a 1-star review after working with you to resolve the issue, but we do appreciate your feedback and always strive to improve.
