Temp:  320 -375

Cover with Teflon or parchment
Pre-press garment 7-10  seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
Press Time:  15-20 seconds  
Pressure: Heavy 
Turn garment inside out and press another 15 seconds (ignore for hats!)

Please note: this is not a shirt, this is a Patch only.  For use with a Commercial Heat Press.
