Temp:  315 - 320

Cover with Silicone,  Teflon or parchment
Pre-press garment 7-10  seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
Press Time:  15-20 seconds  
Pressure: Medium / Heavy 
Turn garment inside out and press another 15 seconds

*First Time - Test on scrap piece of fabric to confirm your settings are correct. 

For use with a Commercial Heat Press.
