Temp:  325°
Pre-press garment 7-10  seconds to remove moisture/wrinkles
Press Time:  10 - 20 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Peel: Hot Peel

Use for 100% cotton, 100% polyester, cotton/polyester blend
